Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training will get you in great shape by improving your cardiovascular health and reducing your stress and teaching you how to successfully defeat an opponent by using leverage and body positioning. You will learn life saving ground -fighting techniques, which include: sweeps from the standing position, arm bars, knee bars, wrist locks, ankle locks and chokes. We offer separate classes for men, women, and children.
